La microbrasserie et le Pub sont situés a la même emplacement et chacun son espace d'utilité. Les bières du Broadway Microbrasserie sont méticuleusement brassées selon une méthode traditionnelle dite par infusion.S’ensuit une période d’ébullition du moût où les houblons, épices de prédilection des brasseurs, sont ajoutés. Le moût est ensuite refroidi puis oxygéné avant d’être envoyé dans une cuve cylindro-conique appelée fermenteur. On y ajoute alors la levure qui fera son travail de transformation des sucres en alcool et en CO2.Lorsque la fermentation est terminée, trois à huit jours pour les fermentations hautes et sept à dix jours pour les fermentations basses, la bière est refroidie et mise en garde afin de peaufiner ses arômes et de se débarrasser d’esters (odeurs) indésirables.
Les Bières: Olympe, Turbine, Wescott, Tchucké (Médaillé deux fois), Sein d’esprit blanche (Médaillé deux fois au Mondial de la bière) et de la rousse. Le Pub juste a côté vous reçoit tous les jours dans une ambiance chaleureuse pour y jouer au billard, regarder un match sur écran géant HD, relaxer entre amis ou passer une soirée endiablée. (

The microbrewery and Pub are located at the same location and every man his utility space. Broadway Microbrewery beers are meticulously brewed using a traditional method called by infusion.S'ensuit a boiling wort period where hops, brewers favorite spices are added. The wort is then cooled and oxygenated before being sent into a cylindrical-conical tank called fermenter. Is then added the yeast which will do its job of transformation of sugars into alcohol and CO2.Lorsque the fermentation is completed, three to eight days for high fermentation and seven to ten days for the low fermentation, the beer is cooled and warning to refine its flavors and get rid of esters (odors) undesirable.
Beers: Olympus, Turbine, Wescott, Tchucké (medalist twice), Sein white spirit (medalist twice at the World Beer) and the redhead. The just beside Pub welcomes you daily in a warm atmosphere to play billiards, watch a game on giant HD screen, relax with friends or spend a wild evening. (
