SCIENTIFIC EXPLORATION REVELS FOSSIL TREASURE TROVE
Beginning in the 1870's, scientists excavated some of the most complete dinosaur skeletons from the Morrison Formation of the late Jurassic Period (145 to 155 million years ago) in the Garden Park Fossil Area. Visit the exhibits at theMarsh/Felch and Cleveland/Delfs Quarries to learn more about this world -renowned fossil site.
