This municipal flag is part of a three flag display on a nautical style flagpole in front of the Conway, SC City Hall.
The Conway Municipal Flag is a white background with a depiction of the Conway City Hall and Clock Tower centered in the upper section of the flag. The words "City of Conway" are in a dark green below the City Hall picture with the state name "South Carolina" in brown and below Conway. Two brown flattened "S" curves go through the O in Conway and represent the Waccamaw River that flows through the City.
