Union City's Union Landing development is a huge field of franchises on the site of an old Drive-In theatre. A central feature is the huge Century 16 multiplex, and across from it is a phlanx of restaurants, all around a small plaza with benches and in the middle is a ball fountain...

It looks like water could come out of the top, but it doesn't. Instead, there are small jets all the way around. It's a nice focal point for people to meet at.
