102 - Lee Roy Wortham - Boswell, OK USA - Headstones of Centenarians on Waymarking.com

Lee Roy Wortham was born on 15 January 1872. He took to wife C. Agnes Wortham (1882-1967; we are not told what the C. stands for -- she apparently went by her middle name), who was 10 years his junior. She passed away when she was 85 years old and Lee was 95 years old. Lee continued on until 18 February 1974, a month past his 102nd birthday.

At the time of this waymark posting, a shrub had grown up and completely obscures the front side of their headstone. I happened to find it because the family name is on the back side of the headstone also. My wife had to hold the shrub out of the way to get photos of the front.
