EN: The Grenchen Nord station is located in the west of the city. The train station in the home style opened in 1915, as the Jura line from 1877 was shortened through a tunnel through the Grenchenberg.
The station is served by RegioExpress and Intercity trains to Basel, Biel, Lausanne / Geneva and Delle. There are also bus connections to the train station of Grenchen Süd and the airport.
A special feature is that the route and the station blong to the BLS, but the train service has been carried out by SBB since the beginning.
DE: Der Bahnhof Grenchen Nord befindet sich im Westen der Stadt. Der Bahnhof im Heimatstil wurde 1915 eröffnet, als die Juralinie von 1877 durch einen Tunnel durch den Grenchenberg verkürzt wurde.
Der Bahnhof wird von RegioExpress und Intercityzügen nach Basel, Biel, Lausanne/Genf und Delle bedient. Ausserdem gibt es Busverbindungen zum Bahnhof Grenchen Süd und zum Flughafen.
Eine Besonderheit ist, dass die Strecke und der Bahnhof der BLS gehört, der Zugverkehr aber seit Beginn von der SBB durchgeführt wird.
