Wikipedia has an article about London Fields railway station that tells us:

London Fields is a station in London Fields in north east London. It is 4 km (2½ miles) north east of London Liverpool Street on the West Anglia route. The station, and all trains serving it, is operated by London Overground and it is in Travelcard Zone 2.

The station dates from 1872, with electrification instituted in 1960. The station was closed during World War I as a wartime economy measure. The station was reduced to weekday peak period-only service for much of the 1980s & 1990s and had its services suspended altogether for more than two years after a 1985 fire that seriously damaged the main station buildings, putting its future in serious doubt. Repairs were eventually carried out and the station reopened in 1988, though still on a restricted basis (like neighbouring Cambridge Heath) - it eventually regained a regular daytime service at the May 1998 timetable change. Evening & Saturday trains followed in 2001, with the current 15-minute interval service and Sunday trains commencing in December 2005.

The station and all services that called here used to be operated by Abellio Greater Anglia as part of the Greater Anglia franchise. On 31 May 2015 they were transferred to London Overground concession holder London Overground Rail Operations.

The typical off-peak service from the station is 4 tph (trains per hour) to London Liverpool Street southbound. Northbound 2tph to Enfield Town, and 2tph to Cheshunt via Seven Sisters. On Sundays there are 2tph to Liverpool St & Enfield Town.
