Petree Plaza is a lovely quarter-block plaza at which various community activities are staged each year. At the southeast corner of the plaza stands a gazebo used during these events.

A three foot high brick wall runs north-south, and east-west behind the gazebo and is faced with engraved donated bricks - we would estimated probably 2,000 of them.

The plaza is named for Margaret E. Petree, who contributed much to the city of El Reno, in arts, education and community development. The City dedicated this plaza to her, and it was funded by donations from her many supporters and the citizens of El Reno.
