text: "This was the First Church in the town of Danby organized 1807 erected 1813"
"DFC is a federated church in covenant with two denominations, the United Methodist Church and the United Church of Christ. The building was erected in 1820 and several additions have been added to our building. We have just recently completed a building project that is once again helping us to meet our current needs of space and hospitality."
