This sundial painted high on the wall in 1993 is in the shape of a pocket watch. The circular dial is over a meter in diameter and declines about 23° east. The name is "La Tour Du Parc and the latitude and longitude marked in degrees and minutes. The hour lines on this morning sundial, from 6 AM to 4 PM, show local solar time as the meridian is vertical. Declination lines referenced to a nodus on the gnomon mark the solstices and the equinox. The time for sunrise and set an the solstices in noted. Corrections for the equation of time are tabulated on the meridian.
The location is just before a traffic circle along D149 with E Leclerc across the road. A parallel side road provides easy safe access.
