A utility box is painted in a somewhat impressionist manner to depict clouds and wind is located at the corner of 29th Street and West Avenue in Ocean City, NJ

Jamie Kelly painted this utility box in 2011 as part of the Community Arts Project. It appears to be inspired by Van Gogh. On all four sides, wind is represented by spirals swirling in a red sky above the clouds. The middle part contains various cloud formations against a blue sky. The bottom is a abstract pattern intermingled lines which, to me, suggests violent turbulence or precipitation at ground level.
The 8' high utility box has, on the sidewalk side, the inscription:
