The Deep Sea Diver painted utility box is located on the east side of Bay Avenue between 22nd and 23rd Streets in Ocean City, NJ.

The fresh bold colors, cartoon-like figures, and the hidden humor make this a very interesting painted utility box. The main motif is a deep sea diver who wraps around the street and side of the utility box. If you look carefully he is holding a fish with a collar on a leash. If you looking inside the diver's helmet you can see the unmistakable face of Groucho Marx.
The on the sidewalk side the diver is holding and even bigger collared fish on a leash. There is also a mermaid wearing sunglasses who wraps around the side. The painting is complete with assorted fish, a snail, jellyfish, and a purple polka dot pink whale.
The utility box is new since it does not show up on Google Earth street view which is dated 2015. Unfortunately is is not signed by the artist.
