The Capron family originally operated this as a grist mill powered by the dam on the Capron Pond. It then was used to manufacture wood cards in the 1870's by the Uxbridge Card Company. The building then passed to Charles Capron who used it in his satinet mills. In the early 20th century it was converted to commercial use which included a public hall on the second and third floor.
Today it is Lynch's Wine and Package store who was also a Pharmacist as well.
Current Status: Still In Use
Current Use: Wine and Beer Store
