Saw this while touring downtown Atlanta with in-laws. Not sure if it is part of the Onward Reserve sign or part of the Pearson's Corner Logo.
The statue is of a kneeling man who has no hands. The sign looks as if it is mounted on his back

I have wandered all over the net looking for any thing resembling this..using all sorts of draws, but have found nothing. I even went through the entire Smithsonian listing for Atlanta.
