while Hoffman hot dogs have been around since 1879 Hoffman Hots is a restaurant created by Phil Romano in his new upscale and cool Trinity Groves redevelopment in West Dallas.
Blasterz have been the Hoffman Hots several times. We love these hot dogs!
Mama Blaster's fave is the Himalayan dog, with Curry spiced tobacco onion strings on top.
Daddy Blaster likes the avocado pico dog, with creamy avocado and spicy pico de gallo on top.
Older Sister Blaster is a traditionalist, preferring the foot-long with ketchup.
Younger Sister Blaster likes the Sweet and Smoky dog, with maple glaze, smoked gouda pimiento cheese, and chopped bacon.
