Murals painted on buildings in small rural towns are always such a delightful find.

This is a mural painted on the two-story brick wall at 123 W. Main in downtown Geary. The wall has been covered with a stucco finish before painting.

The mural shows a woody area with a river running through it. Across the river spans a wooden footbridge. We were unable to determine whether this is a particular bridge in the Geary area, or simply a scene. It was painted by "M. Kennedy" in 2008.
