This two-story red brick building is located at 101 High Street West. Four concrete steps lead to a glass and metal door. There is a glass transom. The entryway is diagonal to the intersection of High Avenue & Market Street. A small classic portico covers the entryway - there is scrollwork and a shield with the number "101" on the entablature. The portico is supported on either side by granite Corinthian columns. Above the portico on the second story is a single arched window - two-over-two - concrete sill with an arched lintel. The arch has a strong keystone decoration. There is a small entablature above the window that reads "BANK".
Fenestration on the south side of the building consists of a single large window with two-over-two pane. The window has a plain concrete sill and concrete lintel with a small flower decoration on either side of the window.
The second story fenestration on the south side consists of two of the same windows as above the portico.
First floor fenestration consists of six of the same style windows as above the portico - the second story matches the first.
