The present location has been open since 1974. The Post 1036 was formed in 1923. The Post was named for Corporal Francis Williams who was the first soldier from Alliance, Ohio to die in WWI in 1918. The Quartermaster is Richard Bretean and the Commander is John Kimberley. They have steak frys every month.
