Access for this trig could be from the eastern side, off the Pacific Highway, at what looks like a driveway that goes past a couple of houses to service a large water reservoir. The bitumen track gets very rutted on the steep slope, so probably best to walk on up.
There are a couple of geocaches on the slopes of the hill, so check it out.
