Two signs located at the begining of Hamaker Mountain Rd are conflicting in their meaning if you happen to read both.

Our family traveled up to Hamaker Mountain summit to grab a few geocaches when we came across a couple of signs at the beginning of this winding road up to the top. The first sign contains a few warnings for travelers, along with a sign hanging below that reads 'ROAD NOT PLOWED - TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK'. There's another sign a few yards behind this sign that reads 'WARNING - WATCH FOR SNOWPLOWS'.
So which is it??? We're confused! Our brains hurt after reading these two signs.
Fortunately, our family traveled up Hamaker Mountain in September when there was no snow to be found. Crisis averted.
