Red rocket auto tech opening a lube and oil shop on this corner but didn't last long. Access was limited by intersection curves (no doubt why the fire department had to leave it)

It is a 2 door shop, no rear access, pretty small lot for big trucks, they left the flag pole. Was near a residential area.
