Just outside the entrance to the Will Rogers Memorial Museum is a granite memorial to Will Rogers by the Cherokee Nation. At the top of this memorial is a quotation from Rogers which reads:
"Live your life, so
that whenever you
lose you are ahead."
The quotation is also shown in the Cherokee language.
