This large gazebo stands in Lynn Riggs Park next to the Lynn Riggs Memorial Museum.

This is an large 8-sided gazebo which stands on a rock foundation constructed in the 19340's by the WPA. There are two rock steps leading to the gazebo floor which is made of concrete. The roof is composition shingled, with a small cupola. The railings are painted metal, and there is no seating.
The gazebo is a memorial to G. Waide Sibley, a local attorney and businessman.
