Long Description:
One of several markers commemorating the march in 1779 from Easton to Fort Wyoming in Wilkes Barre. An older plaque it was dedicated on September 24, 1946. The first of the historic markers were placed beginning in September of 1946. As the markers go this is one of the oldest.
