The two-story building at 420-422 Will Rogers Blvd. in downtown Claremore was built in 1902 by G. W. Eaton who began Eaton Hardware, which operated at this location for decades.
In 1979, Wilson Hardware was established and operated here for 30-plus years. The building is currently occupied by Sailor Antiques & Colectibles which began in 2013.
On the north side of the building is a large ghost sign, painted directly on the brick. It reads:
