Built in 1891 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this cornerstone sits on the corner of the building closest to the intersection of the streets. Although the building is a city building, one side of the cornerstone says "No. 18 A.F.M" referring to Freemason lodge 18. The building is currently still used to house the city hall, police department and several other municipal government buildings.
