La Maison verte et rouge pour courrier est situé au 79 Chemin Principal -St-Joseph-du-Lac. -Québec.

La Maison est peinte verte et rouge. Faite de bois elle a un toit en pente deux versants comme la maison derrière. Ses murs sont de couleur verte avec trois lucarnes dont une est tombé. Deux cheminé sur le toit dont une a perdu sa petite plaque sur le dessus. Un toit protège la galerie qui fait toute la façade avec ses colonnes et rampes à barreaux à l'avant. Deux fenêtres à carreaux une de chaque côté de la porte vitré également. Quelques décorations sont présents et d'autres partis. Cette maison a du vécu et sert encore pour le courrier, la porte de côté s'ouvre par une petit poigné de bois pour le recevoir. Fixé sur un poteau de bois qui est fixé au sol dans le ciment. Le modèle ressemble à la maison sauf pour la couleur verte et certains détails, la maison a subit des rénovations et agrandissements pour lui donner un style plus moderne d'où les différences.

The house is painted green and red. Made of wood it has a gabled pitched roof as the house behind. Its walls are green with three windows, one fell. Two chimney on the roof of which has lost its small plate on top. A roof protects the gallery that makes the facade with columns and bars ramps at the front. A two-paned windows on each side of the glass door also. Some decorations are present and other parties. This house has lived and is still used for mail, the side door opens with a small handful of wood to receive it. Fixed on a wooden post which is fixed to the ground in the cement. The model looks at home except for the green color and details, the house has undergone renovations and expansions to give it a more modern style where the differences.
