The Struckmeier-Fountain is located in the south of Hanover. It is a gift of Minna Struckmeyer widow in 1910 to the city of Hanover.
The Hanoverian sculptor Roland Engelhard created the fountain with relief from Bavarian limestone.
On June 30, 1911, the fountain was inaugurated in its current location.
