VIARail serves many centres on the corridor including Sarnia, Windsor, Chatham, Woodstock, Brantford, Aldershot (Hamilton) and Toronto as well as Stratford, Kitchener and Guelph among other smaller communities.
A passenger lounge and ticketing area along with a small restaurant is situated within the station. Paid parking is available at a lot immediately west of the station operated by a parking company.
