An old Rusty Car or Pickup, raised about 10 feet off the ground.

Its purpose is to direct tourist towards "Red Oak's II:

There are two silhouettes in the car, one of a small dog & one of the driver.

The driver is a self portrait of the Artist Lowell Davies, who owns Red Oak's II & has spent a over a decade, relocating 1920s classic buildings from his home town Red Oaks, to his new home, at Red Oak's II. Carthage, Missouri, USA.
