"The Deming Building was built in 1911, but was totally renovated to Class "A" standards in 2008. The top floor (3rd floor) offers big Chicago-style windows and views of the city. New HVAC system, elevator, ADA restrooms and more! Signage opportunities on the north and east side of the building, facing the intersection of 17th Street and Central Avenue...Cheyenne's busiest downtown intersection!" (from (visit link) )
