This SUPERLATIVE is overshadowed and overlooked by folks looking at the Crooked House oddity that is just a few feet away. Curious or super-observant passers-by will notice the faded, round blue plaque that reads:
"Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
Queen Charlotte Street which is fifty one feet ten inches in length is recorded as the shortest street in Britian."
The short street is filled with pubs, souvenier shops and eateries/pubs. It is worth the walk down the narrow street just to earn the bragging rights to be able to proclaim that on your visit to Windsor, you had the opportunity to walk on the SHORTEST street in Britian.
Type of documentation of superlative status: Sign
Location of coordinates: In front of the sign, while standing in the street.
