This display is along the south side of Seventh Avenue between Bowser and Brewster Streets. It is definitely the most elaborate of the many displays around. While taking pictures of the display the lady of the house happened to arrive home, which was quite fortunate, as I was able to ask them if they could turn off the yard lights, as they drowned out the Christmas lights in their display. Jokingly, she mentioned that they charge for picture taking, so I assured her that I would leave a quarter in the box. She laughed and turned off the yard lights.
She also told me that her husband was responsible for the display and that they were all LEDs, hence power consumption is pretty minimal.
