Construction of the Grant County Courthouse began July 1917. The architect was George Keith. It is built of terra cotta, brick and concrete. It was built in classical revival style with columns and cornices.
The building was completed in 1918. The total cost was $63,263.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 5, 1975.
This building is still in use as the Grant County Courthouse.
