The Ephrata Jaycees raised the money for this memorial with a raffle, Bingo and direct donations over a six month period. It is six feet tall and made of granite.
I do not know the exact date it was placed, but the information I found said it was different because it was actually placed during the time of the conflict.
The memorial is located in front and to the right of the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington.
