The sculpture garden is located at the corner of Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Way, and the Tamiami Trail.
This Steel sculpture is over 15 feet tall, and features three circles, with cones attached on opposing edges, that catch the wind, & rotate inside each other, without touching. The sculpture is in fairly good condition. The plaque mounted on front of the concrete plinth, reads, Serenity - Susan Pascal Beran - Donated by Debra & Jack Yonker.
This artwork is typical of the stabiles of Beran & is almost identical to one of her later works know as Solar System II.
The abstract Sculptures in the small park, probably belonging to, or are the works from students of the Ringling College of Art, which is next to, & also behind the sculpture garden.
A few of the sculptures have plaques giving their names & artist, but most of the artworks are without plaques, & in need of some TLC.
