The work, entitled, Circle of Dreams, is dated 2004-2006. "SJSU" is the credited artist...presumably a group of students from San Jose State University.
The work is comprised of a series of metallic columns or poles...each with different designs. Words such as "Pride" and "Action" are raised on the side of one column, a butterfly and stars on another. Most are topped with a design as well...an apparent sun, a curlicue, a person hanging off a ladder on yet another, etc.
