In the fall this is a working Cider Mill that also makes donuts. Year round it is a theater. It is run by faculty from the Binghamton University Theater department. The actors are a local stock company. They have a varied selection of plays with a few musicals thrown in.
It was run out of the university, but in 1991 became a nonprofit.
The stage is in front. Seating is the traditional u shape. There are narrow tables in front of each of the seats so refreshments can be served before the performance and during intermission.
