Screaming Eagle is a bronze sculpture placed by Osoyoos Mountain Estates at the entrances to their featured properties. Screaming Eagle is very well executed and is displayed on large rocks. Screaming Eagle is perched sounding out his warning to wary passersby. The sculpture was created by an unknown artist. We have passed these sculptures on several occasions and they were most likely placed about 2011.

The eagle is a large bird of prey and has exceptionally keen vision, long, powerful wings, a hooked bill and strong feet with sharp curved talons. Eagles are fierce predators, spotting their animal prey as they soar or from their perches, and then swooping to kill.

"Osoyoos Mountain Estates, one of British Columbia’s foremost property developers in the popular and picturesque Okanagan Valley. One to four hectare (2.5 to 10 acre) lots are available for development in two unique subdivisions – Bighorn and Raven Hill. From panoramic views of Lake Osoyoos to sweeping vistas of the open valley, Osoyoos Mountain Estates’ development combines the best of both worlds: prime location in one of the country's most sought after areas and a climate that allows year round outdoor activities."

Osoyoos Mountain Estates are the registered owner of approximately 1,336 hectares (3,300 acres) of land located on Anarchist Mountain. Of those 1,336 hectares, over 750 (1,850 acres) have been set aside for conservation."
