The Pioneer Cemetery dated plaque is at the back of the Osoyoos Lakeview Cemetery. Traveling north from Osoyoos on Hwy. 97 turn right on 176th Avenue to cemetery.

Pioneer Cemetery

This was one of the most interesting and oldest cemeteries we visited while in the area. It was established in 1888. There are approximately 35 grave sites most of which are of the first pioneers that homesteaded and established businesses in the area. This was the first cemetery established in the area.

It is located within the Okanagan-Similkameen Regional District.
