The only first level triangulation point in the canton Basel-Landschaft is located on the top of Wisenberg.

Wisenberg is a mountain of the Jura range; it is the easternmost that is higher than 1000 meters. On the mountain summit there is one the about 70 first level triangulation points of Switzerland, the only one in the canton Basel-Landschaft.
There is a lookout tower just next to the trigpoint, that is sheltered with a metal pyramid. There's a popular hiking path up there, but no access for motorized traffic.
