This was the first mural by Fred Lenz and unfortunately is showing the effects of his not yet mastery of exterior painting mediums. This mural is fading rapidly and there is quite a bit of paint missing from the mural and one section has been removed due to damage.

It does, however, show early indicators of his style. This mural depicts a realistic portrayal of what would have taken place in this building in the early 1900's. It also shows his ability with three dimensional representation and the use of the structure of the building to be part of the structure of the painting.
