Kuberneri aed, means Governor's Garden, is also known as "The Palace Garden" and its original layout was designed in the middle 18th Century.
In 1820, when the castle was partially dismantled, the park opened to the public. The current design was recently made and it's beautifully illustrated in a sign on the spot (see pictures).
It is a small park, with several flower berths and featuring great views besides the imposing nearby castle tower.
