In Attleboro is the Attleboro Springs Sanctuary at La Salette, which has a handicapped access loop trail along a pond and woods.
The sanctuary is behind the LaSalette Shrine, which is an active religious center. The entrance is off Park Street. From the entrance, drive straight until you reach the parking lot at the end. There is a map at the entrance. The main trail is a continuation beyond the parking lot. The trail from the parking lot is not specially prepared for access, so a sight impaired person would need help to the accessible trail. The accessible trail has rope where someone can grasp while walking. Along the way are wooden beads on the rope signifying a stop. At the stop is a metal sign with braille embossed on it. Stops include 'Wetlands,' 'Frogs and Turtles,' and 'Foundations of Healing.' I'm not sure how long the trail is - perhaps about a quarter mile. The trail is mostly wooded, so it is a nice shaded path. There is also an audio tour component - see the MassAudubon web site for info.

About this site. This is a new wildlife sanctuary that is a joint production of MassAudubon and LaSalette Shrine. Previous to the shrine, this land was used as a retreat and healing center. This sanctuary is not staffed. MassAudubon's Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary is nearby and is staffed.
