"Growing Our Community One Seed At A Time. The Gilroy Demonstration Garden is Gilroy’s first and only community garden. We offer a collaborative gardening space in the heart of Downtown Gilroy that invites volunteers to come help farm our ¾ acre plot. In exchange, volunteers are encouraged to take home fresh produce for them and their families for their efforts. We welcome volunteers of all ages and gardening skill sets.
