I found no information on Cyrus M. Ott.
This is a standard style Woodman headstone. The bottom of the headstone features a lily in bloom. A "scroll" on a "stick" with a "rope" loops around a cut branch, and is a third of the way up the trunk. There are several of the cut branches on this headstone. The Woodman Seat is centered towards the top. The inscription on the scroll reads:
