The monument shaped to represent the twin towers. A plaque is attached to the stone and commemorates the locations of the terrorist attack on the United States. It was given to the community by a company. Alderwoods Group, that operates a cemetery in the county. The plaques displays images of a rural landscape, statue of Liberty, the twin towers, and the pentagon, with the names of the areas where life was lost and the date. A dedication inscription is engraved on the stone at the bottom.
