Discovery View is a very popular road side turnout in Yosemite National Park. From the sidewalk along the stone walls, visitors can enjoy the view looking north into Yosemite Valley with good views of El Capitan, Half Dome, Cloud's Rest, Bridalveil Falls, and other scenic natural objects in Yosemite Valley. From this spot Ansel Adams took a number of his famous photographs.

The two parking lots that stride the highway are big enough for cars, trucks, and tour buses.
