"Arquitectura residencial e arquitectura comercial, vernácula. Casa de planta rectangular irregular, evoluindo em dois pisos, rasgada por vãos de verga recta com molduras simples em cantaria, com loja no piso inferior e destinada a residência no segundo, com portas e janelas de peitoril. Na fachada lateral esquerda, escadas e balcão de acesso ao segundo piso, em consonância com o edifício da Casa da Juventude, em que se terá inspirado."
