Reynolds is in this beautiful well-maintained park.
Two eagles guard the entrance to the park.
In addition to the monument, there is a life-size soldier in full battle dress carrying a machine gun near the kneeling silhouette of a soldier at a grave-site. The boots, rifle and helmet are at the head of the grave. There is a military truck nearby.

Description of Memorial:
The monument consists of 2 engraved pieces of black granite on a black granite base. The top piece has most of the text and am American flag. The second piece has the emblems of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard.
